We hate contracts, just as much as you do, trust us. In order to avoid contracts and missing payments, and being rude, and blah blah blah, we bill in advance for services. Your bill date is the date of your first service, and it will be the same each month. (For customers who normally receive their bill on the first, that will remain the same.)

Since we do bill in advance, and there are no contracts or obligations, and when you cancel service (hopefully it’s not because of us), we do refund you the prorated amount for the remaining services for that month.

For filters with cartridge elements, we clean those monthly and keep a schedule. You are emailed when this occurs.
For D/E and sand filters, we backwash every 5 to 6 weeks.
While we do follow the schedule, we also look for signs of a dirty filter if and cleaning is recommended before the schedule cleaning date it is performed at no cost. You can reassure that we the filter with every visit, even though you may see us doing nothing with it

In order to keep our monthly service prices as low as they are, we vacuum only when necessary.
The majority of stuff we are able to get with a rake/net. Rest assured that when it is needed, it is performed. You can always request additional vacuuming if our techniques do not fit your needs.
